John of God US Event 2009 - Article by Heather CummingGreetings dearest Friends, I thank you for your commitment, energy and light in supporting the John of God event at Omega these last two years. It has been truly heartwarming to see the out pouring of love and joy from all who were able to attend this wonderful event. We are extremely grateful. In honor of your generosity, connection and devotion to the Casa, Skip Backus, director of The Omega Institute, (Rhinebeck, New York) readily and graciously offered to open registration for friends of the Casa prior to general release so that you would have an opportunity to register early. Registration will begin on Tuesday February 10th at 9am (eastern time). This first week is for Friends of the Casa to sign up then, the following week, February 17th: open registration will begin. The Omega Institute is a magnificent organization and the sacred grounds of the campus a perfect and harmonious setting for such an auspicious visit by John of God and the Entities of Light. The Omega team are professional, prepared, helpful and impeccably gracious. We were thrilled and delighted when Dr Augusto de Almeida, at the end of the 2008 event, readily accepted Omega's invitation to return in the Fall of 2009. Marked Photo information: for those who have had their photos marked by the Entities (which means come to Brazil for deeper healing work if possible), attending events abroad, such as this event, does not necessarily replace a visit to the Casa. Many times the Entities will say that, for the deeper work, a person would need to go to Abadiania as well. However, very profound healing absolutely does occur at Omega and events abroad, as well as prepares and strengthens those that would benefit and require the journey to Abadiania, Brazil for their further healing process. I look forward to seeing many of you at the Omega event this year, should the dates and timing be convenient for you, or in Abadiania! CASA CRYSTAL BEDS AROUND THE WORLDThose of you who have been to the Casa will be familiar with the Crystal bed - the Entity regularly 'prescribes' sessions on the bed to help supplement the healing process. There are five crystal beds located in buildings adjacent to the main Casa building. Each bed has 7 quartz crystals suspended above the bed which align with and correspond to the 7 chakras of the human body. A session consists of lying on the bed for approximately 20 minutes while listening to soothing music. The crystals radiate color to the respective chakras to cleanse them and to balance their energies. The Entity may prescribe crystal-bed therapy for you, or you may choose to have a therapeutic session on your own. In our most recent newsletters we provided a list of individuals who were given special permission from the Entity to purchase one of these crystal beds, thereby enabling them to offer these unique treatment sessions at home.
